Terms of Service

The service

Carriv tailors your resume and drafts a cover letter from a job posting you paste, and gives you an ATS compatibility score. The tool selects, rewords and surfaces your real experience — it never invents facts on your behalf. You remain the source of truth about your background.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to protect access to your account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under it. The service is intended for personal job-search use.

Credits

Each application uses one credit, charged when it is created. Regenerations of the same application (within the set limit) and ATS-score optimization (rewrites and recomputations) are free and use no credit. Credits never expire. There is no subscription.

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used. If a technical issue on our side cost you a credit, write to us and we'll make it right.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you provide and to the documents generated. You only grant us the right to process that content to run the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Responsibility

Carriv is an assistive tool: you remain responsible for the final content of your applications. Review every resume and letter before sending it. We do not guarantee any hiring outcome, and the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that the ATS score reflects the behavior of any particular screening system.

Changes

We may evolve the service and these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
